Sincerely, it was a comfortable stay for a nice weekend away. The location was peaceful, for example, Spirit I was not too far from the hotel. We tried toast and meats in the restaurant.
Even though everything was great, some of the staff were not very welcoming.

Great proximity to the Excel Centre.
Inadequate signage led to confusion during check-in.

Nice hot and gorgeous English breakfast option with the coffee set as I had porridge to eat. Temperature control, a storage and a writing table in my a twin room were useful during stay...

Right next to the train. Good breakfast and nice bar.
No towels in the pool area. Only at the gym. Steam bath too hot. Few couches.

For a visit to the fair in ExCel this location is top. Connection to the city centre via DLR can be reached within 2 minutes. Very good

Amazing quality of hotel. The rooms were spacious with oversized King Size bed, one of the best night sleep I have ever had. Hotel was quiet at all times, layout well thought out. Facilities second to none.
Location is slightly away from everything but I would compromise this for its quality. Hotel is located on DLR Prince regent Station which is undergoing repairs most weekends and ends up being operated by a bus service. DO NOT LET THIS PUT YOU OFF

Convenient location right next to the eastern entrance of the convention center allows easy access for events. The bathroom features a solid shower design for a refreshing experience after a long day.
The room temperature felt a bit stifling. Adjusting it didn't help much. Parking costs £16, which feels a bit steep, especially for a quick stay. While the breakfast selection was decent, it didn't quite justify the additional charge. It's also unfortunate that some of the underground signage directing you to the hotel could be clearer after exiting the nearest tube station.

The perfect location close to the DLR and Excel Center offers easy access to attractions. The cleanliness and amenities, including a pool, gym, and multiple dining options. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh choices, but be prepared for noisy kids at peak times. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very close to metro station. Facility is good! The bed is comfortable. Stuff is enthusiasm and willing to help. In a word, it is a very good place to stay. If have chance, we will stay in this hotel again.
The location is a little bit far away from London city center, anyway, is still a good place to stay if you can bear 30 to 40 mins on traffic everyday. The other thing is it does not has a rubbish bin in the room.

Breakfast was great. Beautiful location, directly at the DLR station and the exhibition grounds. Parking facilities available. . The hotel has a small indoor pool and a fitness center
At check-in the reception had not yet received our reservation confirmation, so we had to wait a little. The employee quickly settled it. We were first given an uncleaned room. But that was quickly settled.
