Convenient location right next to the eastern entrance of the convention center allows easy access for events. The bathroom features a solid shower design for a refreshing experience after a long day.

The room temperature felt a bit stifling. adjusting it didn’t help much. Parking costs £16, which feels a bit steep, especially for a quick stay. While the breakfast selection was decent, it didn't quite justify the additional charge. It’s also unfortunate that some of the underground signage directing you to the hotel could be clearer after exiting the nearest tube station.

The perfect location close to the DLR and Excel Center offers easy access to attractions. The cleanliness and amenities, including a pool, gym, and multiple dining options, made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh choices, but be prepared for noisy kids at peak times. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing the stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful with my kid's gluten-free needs, making sure they got their breakfast sorted every morning which I can't tell you how much that relieved me. the pool was a hit, they could splash around while I could just sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee from the snack shop right across from the reception.

Had a lovely stay with plenty of time to unwind at the indoor pool and enjoy the sauna. The only downside was that my room's windows were a bit small, making it a tad dark, but it didn't spoil my experience at all. Definitely check out the pool early in the morning for a quiet swim! 🌊

Had a nice time here! The pool was a great addition, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh. The room was comfy, but storage was kinda lacking, which made it a bit annoying for our family. a good spot if you're close to the convention center.

Aloft is ideally situated right next to the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, making it perfect for business travelers. The staff were exceptionally attentive, promptly assisting with my presentation setup and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for a productive work environment. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, ensuring a good start to the day.

Quality spice and flavor just a short stroll away. The Aloft’s lounge area is fab for a chill drink after a busy day, too. Loved the pool and gym. such a vibe!

The AC in my room was a right nightmare, shutting off at the worst times. Big up to the staff for resolving my parking hiccup with some goodwill, though. small gestures matter!

I had a fantastic stay with large windows and high ceilings, making it feel so spacious! The bed was incredibly comfy and the shower temperature was perfect. I would definitely choose this place again.

Just came back from a fab stay! The pool was pretty awesome, and I really enjoyed the breakfast selection. The staff were super friendly, especially this one guy, Thomas, who hooked me up with food recs nearby. The only thing? The coffee setup in the room was a bit messy—would’ve preferred instant. But overall, a solid spot!
